I am Anna
My name is Anna. I was born in Ukraine and have lived in the Netherlands for over 30 years. My childhood was very difficult. I grew up surrounded by people carrying deep traumas from the First and Second World Wars. I also faced challenging experiences myself during my youth. To cope, I began traveling in my teenage years and went on to study psychology. Later, I completed a teaching qualification in nutrition and fitness. After that, I worked in psychiatric therapeutic institutions.
My main interests lie in trauma recovery, research on PTSD, dissociative identity disorder (DID), physical, emotional, and spiritual sensations, as well as healing methods.
I have learned that joy and happiness come from forming deeper connections with others and with myself. Trauma has a powerful impact on many areas of life—I know this from personal experience. Our feelings are important and deserve to be shared. Emotions are not our enemy; they are part of life. Grieving, sadness, joy, and happiness all belong to a full and meaningful life.
As someone with lived experience, I am here to truly support you in your healing journey.
